What type of warranty does Pivotal provide?

Pivotal provides a full one-year warranty from the date of the original purchase. At our discretion, Pivotal will replace your product during the allotted warranty period due to failed parts or a manufacture defect. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, abuse, improper handling, repairs made by unauthorized persons, or failure of the product due to use other than its intended purpose.  Nor does the warranty extend to normal wear and tear. Proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim and warranty is only extended to the original owner.

What if I cannot find my original sales receipt?

Pivotal reserves the right to deny a warranty claim without proof of purchase.

Do I have to pay the shipping costs incurred when sending the damaged bag to Pivotal?

For authorized warranty claims Pivotal will cover the cost of shipping on returned or replacement bags. For non-authorized warranty claims the customer is responsible for incurring the cost of shipping charges when sending the damaged product back to Pivotal.
